  • Onamae Mail (GMO Internet Group, Inc., Japan): to receive inquiry emails

04Storage and security

  • The content of the inquiry form is not stored on this website's servers or in a database; it reaches us as an email.
  • The email service (Resend) keeps a record of sent messages for a limited period, as set out in its own terms.
  • We manage the emails we receive in our own email account and take care to prevent leaks and unauthorised access.
